This hotel is wonderful and fairly clean. The rooms are beautiful and quiet, with an electric kettle, a personal safe, and central heating. It has lots of meals to offer, the food is delicious. All in all they offer exceptional service.

Overall a SUCH WONDERFUL stay for 3 nights for a long weekend of skiing. Clean venue with very very good breakfasts and mountain views. Exceptional, ideal rooms with a safe box, central heating, and coffee/tea makers. Marvellous location just a pleasant stroll away from Le Chemin du Calvaire.

The rooms here are beautiful with a terrace, and the staff is always friendly and pleasant, providing exceptional service, with parking available nearby.

I did not like the layout of the room (a junior suite). I will not argue much about the French style bathrooms where the toilet is separate from the sink & shower, but the toilet space was too tight. The whole room was obviously not as originally designed, and whoever redesigned it didn't do a good job (although the material used is good).

This place is located in the centre, close to all the amenities including the ski lift and shops. The staff here were amazingly attentive without being intrusive. They assisted us with parking and luggage transport to our room, and their service was top-notch. The rooms are cozy and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities like an electric kettle and flat-screen TV.

We recommend this hotel to all, as it provides enhanced comfort and quality services.

Slow elevator, tacky architectural design and color motifs at times (but it's a chalet so it gets away with it)

The staff members were polite and always ready to address any issues. the hotel's location was convenient, close to the village center, Stanford skiing, and the Chamois ski lift. - It was great that Flocons village, offering dining options, was just next door.
